Competition Law
We advise our clients in all matters relating to competition law. Our team is formed by highly specialized attorneys, most of whom with post-graduate degrees and international experience acquired while obtaining masters degrees in the most prestigious U.S. and European institutions or working as International Associates at renowned law firms in New York and other major financial centers. Our competition law group works in coordination with attorneys from other areas of the firm such as corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, banking and structured finance, capital markets and securitization, and project finance. We render services in this area to Brazilian and foreign clients, multinationals, financial institutions, insurance companies and utilities.

- Conduction of proceedings within Brazilian antitrust authorities; and
- Advice in competition issues arising out of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, and assistance with litigation or other regulatory matters.
