- performing due diligence in connection with all real estate aspects of companies or projects, including a review of compliance with real estate rules and regulations and confirmation of title and liens; and
- assistance in financial transactions involving real property, such as securitization of real estate receivables, mortgage backed securities and real estate investment funds.
